We are selling restaurant equipment to restaurant. Thus, not all customers from amazon is actually our customers. NEED TO CHECK every customers orders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Amazon FBM Management: Oversee self-fulfillment operations for large and heavy products on Amazon.
  • Listing Optimization: Create, manage, and optimize product listings to improve visibility and conversion rates.
  • Shipping & Logistics Coordination: Work with carriers to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries.
  • Customer Service & Returns Handling: Manage customer inquiries, order issues, and returns efficiently.
  • Amazon Compliance: Ensure compliance with Amazon policies, particularly for oversized and heavy items.
  • Data Analysis & Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance metrics (Buy Box, IPI score, ODR, etc.) and optimize operations accordingly.

Requirements

Proven Experience: 3 years managing Amazon FBM, specifically for large and heavy products.
Amazon Expertise: Deep knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, FBM shipping, and listing strategies.
Logistics & Shipping Knowledge: Experience handling freight, LTL (Less-than-Truckload) shipping, and oversized packaging.
Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to use data to make informed decisions and improve operations.
English Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English for communication with customers and Amazon support.
Problem-Solving Ability: Able to troubleshoot listing issues, delivery problems, and customer disputes.

As an E-Commerce Manager, you will be instrumental in driving online sales and enhancing the digital presence of our brand. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will leverage your core skills in digital marketing and analytics to develop effective strategies. Your premium skills in SEO, conversion optimization, and social media marketing will be vital in attracting and retaining customers. Additionally, your relevant skills in performance marketing and content creation will support our e-commerce initiatives. Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
