The Kitchen Manager is responsible for the following:
- Prepping Products
- Making Pizzas
- Ensuring Quality
- Driving cleanliness in the BOH
- Training new hires in all BOH functions
- Placing orders and putting away shipments
- Follow Food Safety Procedures: Position offers Paid Food Safety Certification
- Other duties as assigned
- Comply with CiCi's uniform, appearance and operations standards as defined in the Operations Manual and Team Member Handbook.
Job Types: Full-time or Part-time
Salary: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour Tip Pool Sharing
