ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.

· Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.

· Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.

· Assist in the coordination of office activities and events.

· Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are stored accurately.

· Perform data entry and manage database updates.

· Support financial tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.

· Order and manage office supplies and inventory.

· Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and procedures' for staff members

Skills
- Proficiency in office management tasks and procedures
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy of documents
- Proficient in calendar management to schedule appointments and meetings

- Customer service experience
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

This Administrative Assistant role requires a detail-oriented individual who can multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational abilities. They should be able to work independently while also being a team player.
