Cincinnati Pool Management is looking for its next amazing full time Regional Service Manager in the Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky area.

- Serve as the point of contact for various clients with the mission of delivering world-class service to our clients
- Assist team members under your supervision to ensure smooth operation of client facilities
- Ensure the safety and well being client facilities while also following company policies and industry best standards are being maintained and enforced.
- Supervise and manage the successful seasonal opening and closing of swimming pool facilities.
- Direct, train and evaluate the work effort and performance of staff under your supervision
- Ensure all local, state and federal regulations are being followed and serve as the point of contact for the local health departments
Ideal Candidate:
- Knowledge of swimming pools is preferred
- Preferred strong oral and written communication skills and have a business acumen
- Ability to trouble shoot and solve problems in the field
- Candidate must have excellent relationship building skills to interact with clients
- Ideal candidate who can provide a positive atmosphere for staff, be a mentor and leader
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 per year
