What is this role?
As the Senior E-Commerce Manager for Cirkul, you will be responsible for coordinating e-commerce strategies to drive consumer revenue growth. You will work within a team that is responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating the Cirkul website, ultimately leading to a seamless customer experience.
What does an average day look like?
- Driving Results:
- Work within the team to develop and execute a comprehensive DTC e-commerce strategy that delivers a best-in-class omni channel experience and drives online revenue growth and performance across all metrics.
- Coordinate with a team of UI/UX designers, Frontend Developers, and Project Managers to deliver an outstanding web experience.
- Taking Ownership:
- Continuously evaluate and measure the website performance and customer journey to drive improved conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Manage funnel analytics and website performance ensuring tracking, measurement and timely reporting to inform future strategies.
- Making Decisions:
- Manage marketing strategy and execution of campaigns in partnership with internal and agency teams.
- Manage “buy vs. build” feature and functionality discussions with internal stakeholders, ensuring a world-class experience for our new and existing customers.
- Cultivating Relationships: Collaborate cross functionally with Marketing, Creative, Operations, IT, Finance and other departments to achieve organizational goals.
- Instilling Trust: Maintain the e-commerce brand image and consistency of voice across multiple channels to ensure brand consistency and brand recognition.
- Customer Focus:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the digital customer experience, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
- Stay informed with the latest digital marketing tools and technologies, and lead efforts to integrate innovation solutions to enhance our marketing efforts.
What background should you have?
- 6 years of proven success developing and managing an e-commerce strategy for a rapid growth CPG organization.
- Prior experience with scaled Shopify, or similar ecommerce properties (Magento, BigCommerce, or related platforms.)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts that fuel the e-commerce strategy.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on the customer experience and understanding of customer needs, product, and competitive landscape.
- Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail with an ability to pivot on multiple high priority projects.
