Meet the Team
The Cisco Talos Network Threat Detection Response Team creates network and endpoint signatures that are distributed world-wide to multiple products in Cisco's security portfolio and the open-source community. We currently work with deep learning-based exploit detection to identify malicious activity in network traffic. Once released, these protections directly impact the security of people and organizations around the globe.
Your Impact
- Generate synthetic attack traffic used to train models
- Create and maintain machine learning models capable of detecting new attacks
- Test models for false positives, false negatives, and runtime latency
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure quality results
- Stay current with industry best practices and new techniques
