Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities.
- Adapt and modify curriculum and instructional materials to meet the needs of students.
- Provide direct instruction and support to students in various settings, including inclusive classrooms and specialized programs.
- Collaborate with administrators, support staff, and families to ensure a cohesive approach to student learning.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction as needed to promote growth and achievement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and progress.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in special education.
