Branch Manager
Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of 3 Blackstone branches, including managing staff, resources, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance, including sales reports, and customer feedback.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee development.
- Identify business development opportunities and implement strategies to expand the branch's customer base.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in project management and supervising staff.
