POSITION SUMMARY: Performs teller duties accurately and professionally. Assists with customer inquiries/problem solving.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately process customers' deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, loan advances, cashier's checks, money orders and other routine requests.
- Recognize any suspicious behavior and have the ability to make decisions on when to consult higher management on any transactions.
- Routinely provide customers with necessary information and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Familiar with customers' resources to be able to assist customers.
- Daily branch balancing functions (cash drawer, TCR, vault, coin machine).
- Assist in the opening and closing duties and operations of a branch.
- Uncover customer needs and recognize customer cues for appropriate products and services.
- Maintain compliance with all bank regulations applicable to job duties.
- Follow all bank policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Other duties as assigned.
ROLE QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Experience
- No minimum experience requirement.
- Banking and/or customer service experience preferred.

***This position would start with Express Employment and after 500 hours worked, would have the opportunity to be hired on as a Bank Employee.
