Position : Citynet CSR

Status : Full Time
Description : Offer internal and external customer support as a CSR for the Online Banking Department for City National Bank and Trust Company located in Lawton, Oklahoma.
Responsibilities :
- Provide internal and external customer service support related to online and mobile banking via telephone and messaging; including, but not limited general support and trouble- shooting technical issues.
- Support for the implementation and enhancement of the bank's online banking related products and services.
- Maintaining and reconciling various reports.
- Assist in compiling documentation requested by internal and external departments
- Comply with banking and departmental regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned
