The City of Chandler Fire Department is currently seeking qualified individuals interested in joining our team as an EMS Senior Program Manager . The position is scheduled to work Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM. There will be an option to work a flexible schedule upon completion of initial probation.

Who we are
The City of Chandler Fire Department is a progressive, internationally accredited organization with an ISO Class 1 rating and a distinguished history of service to the community. City charter authorizes the Department to mitigate all hazards, including fire suppression, emergency medical services (EMS), hazardous materials response, technical rescue, and crisis intervention. In support of those functions, the Fire Department staffs a fire prevention division, EMS and training divisions, mechanical maintenance facility, community preparedness office, and Department administration.

The primary function of an employee in this class is to perform a variety of complex and highly responsible professional duties involved in planning, developing, teaching, and administering the Chandler Fire Department's Paramedic Program and the Department's quarterly EMS training. This position is responsible for maintaining documentation and requirements to facilitate accreditation and is expected to conduct research and review information regarding current and future EMS issues to keep the City on the cutting edge.

This is a regular full-time position, subject to a 6-month probationary period. A register of qualified candidates will be active for 4 months should another position become available.
