The City of Dublin is seeking applicants for a year-round internship with our Information Technology (IT) department. Under the supervision of the Information Technology staff, the IT Support Services Intern functions in a technology support role to assist with inquiries and requests, troubleshooting, research and network/server access.
Availability/Scheduling
Undergraduate Freshman: $17.00/hour
Undergraduate Sophomore: $17.50/hour
Undergraduate Junior: $18.00/hour
Undergraduate Senior: $18.50/hour
First Year Graduate Student: $19.50/hour
Second Year Graduate Student: $21.00/hour
Beyond the Paycheck
Availability/Scheduling
- The typical schedule for this position is approximately 20 hours per week between the hours of 8am and 5pm, Monday-Friday
- The successful candidate must be available to work in-person in Dublin, Ohio (no remote opportunities at this time)
Undergraduate Freshman: $17.00/hour

First Year Graduate Student: $19.50/hour

- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree seeking program with an emphasis in Technology, Computer Science or a science/engineering related degree
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Must be available to work in-person in Dublin, Ohio (no remote opportunities at this time)
- Experience using a variety of computing systems, phones, audio/visual equipment and other devices
- Experience helping others with their technology
- Interest in technology, learning, fixing things and helping people
- Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills
- A can-do attitude and aptitude for problem solving
