Athletic Event Workers (Youth, MS and Adult Sports)

The primary responsibility is to work independently and perform event operations with guidance from the Recreation Supervisor.  

Applicants must be the of 14 or older to apply.

Events:
- (Summer) Adult Soccer and Adult Softball: Weekday evenings
- (Fall) Youth Soccer and Football: Saturdays
- (Winter) Youth Girls and Boys Basketball, Youth Girls Volleyball:  Saturday
- (Spring)Youth Soccer: Saturdays
  • Possess written and oral communication skills
  • Follow the rules established by the EGR Parks and Recreation Department
  • Communicate and inform participants of any changes during the session

     
Must possess a basic knowledge of subject or the desire and willingness to research, learn and become educated on the subject.
  • Ability to relate well with the public
  • Able to work a varied schedule
  • Willingness to move equipment and rearrange furniture if needed in facility
