They help with plant operations, equipment maintenance, and routine adjustments of machinery and equipment operating controls. The goal for this work is to be team-oriented, safety-minded, and focused on a task until completion.Operators must be able to work shifts, holidays, and on-call/standby hours as required. The primary shift will be from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, and the work week can either be five eight-hour days or four 10-hour days. The start time is flexible.
