You will develop engaging, age-appropriate curriculum and provide hands-on demonstrations that inspire creativity and technical growth. A key part of the role is fostering a positive, inclusive classroom environment where students can explore their creativity and develop confidence in their skills.As a Pottery Studio Instructor, you will be responsible for managing the pottery studio environment and ensuring the safe and effective use of tools and equipment. You will offer constructive feedback to help students improve their work, while also encouraging them to experiment with different forms and techniques. Collaboration with fellow instructors and staff is essential to maintaining a cohesive and dynamic learning environment, and you will contribute to the promotion of the pottery program through community events and exhibitions.
