What are the responsibilities and job description for the PT Food and Beverage Service Wkr position at CITY OF SALEM TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS - CITY OF SALEM?
Performs manual work setting up and serving at banquets or other events, working concession stands, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the supervision of the Assistant and/or Food and Beverage Manager.
Essential Functions
- Sets up and break down rooms for parties or banquets.
- Wait Staff for Banquet services to patrons.
- Ensures that there is enough food on the buffet line and refills items as needed.
- Accommodates all guests and is responsible for refilling beverages and removing dirty dishes from tables.
- Work in Concession stands to sell catering products.
- Ensures that customers receive everything ordered on a timely basis.
- Opens, closes, and cleans up kitchen and concession stands.
- Any other related work as required.
