B2B Account Manager and Sales Experience Required
The Facility Solutions Manager (FSM) is responsible for the business operations of an assigned client contracted service area. The FSM’s primary responsibility is to represent our clients. Serving as a Singel Point of Contact. This position provides field support including – sales within current accounts, support with starting new clients, inspections of Contractor performance to ensure it meets customer standards, trouble-shooting, coordinating site visits, and developing long-term relationships with clients and Contractors. Additional responsibilities include Contractor recruitment, negotiating contracts, procuring supplies from clients, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
