Preferred Experience
- Proficient in operating blow molding/injection molding machines, including setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Understand the properties and behaviors of different plastics and materials used in blow molding.
- Ability to implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure products meet specifications.
- Skills in performing regular maintenance and minor repairs on machinery to prevent downtime.
- 7-10 years of managerial experience in a plastics manufacturing company (Injection, BM- stretch blow molding, Extrusion) preferred
Responsibilities
- Quickly identify and resolve issues with machinery or production processes.
- Continuously improve production efficiency and product quality through process adjustments.
- Lead and train a team of operators and technicians, ensure they follow safety and operational protocols.
- Effectively communicate with team members, other departments, and management to coordinate production schedules and address issues.
- Oversee multiple projects and production runs, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Ensure precision in machine setup and product inspection to maintain high-quality standards.
- Adapt to new technologies and processes as the industry evolves.
