Experience/Qualifications/Capabilities:
- CDL Class A- Must be able to back trailers into loading docks
- Strong leadership and team building skills a must
- Minimum high school diploma
- 3 years Warehouse/Fleet Management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Customer Service in a fast paced/dynamic business
- Experience with warehousing in manufacturing operation with multiple lines, with high # of SKU’s
- Experience with inventory control process on ERP
- MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Keep up with all paperwork (billing)
- Work Independently with minimal supervision
- Proven experience coaching and motivating employees to succeed
