Clark Hill PLC is seeking an Attorney with 5 years of experience to join our Government Contracts and Regulation business unit. Candidates located in Washington D.C. preferred. The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:
- Substantive familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and agency supplements;
- Experience counseling clients on FAR compliance and certification requirements;
- Prosecuting and defending bid protests at the GAO and Court of Federal Claims;
- Experience with other government contracts litigation and investigations, such as contract claims, OIG investigations, whistle-blower claims, false claims, and prime-subcontractor disputes;
- Assisting clients acquire Federal Government prime contracts;
- Negotiation and preparation of subcontracts, teaming agreements and joint ventures;
- Familiarity with small and disadvantaged business programs and processes
- Representation of clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions involving government contracts;
- Advising public and non-profit clients on federal financial assistance awards;
- Candidates with portable business or with a track record of client acquisition are preferred.
