Location: Remote in the US
Salary: Starting at $75K Commission
Job Summary: Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Sales Executive is responsible for developing solutions to existing clients or prospects, and thus generating profitability for the branch/country, based on the development of existing and targeted clients as set in the annual objectives set with the VP of Sales and Branch Manager, and in line with the Group and national Sales strategy.

What You’ll Do:
- Actively promote Clasquin’s unique positioning and sell Clasquin’s services and solutions
- Meets or exceeds the sales targets and be responsible for the sales budget achievement
- Conduct sales campaigns on targeted clients through direct local prospection and provide support to our sales teams abroad
- Actively schedule & conduct sales calls
- Identify service gaps and improvement opportunities
- Protect and develop the clients’ portfolio with consistency and regular monitoring, using the tools provided by the Group
- Handle quotations, sales offers, sales leads
- Comply with Group’s and local offices’ procedures: SOPs, legal requirements, customer credit policy, business ethics
- Work closely with the Operational teams and support functions, to ensure the best possible service performance for the clients
- Ensures all pricing offered contribute to achieving financial goals
- Report to the Sales/Branch Manager on a regular basis
- Represent the company in a professional way
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in business development in the Freight Forwarding industry
- Understanding of international logistics, shipping, customs regulations, and supply chain processes
- Prior outside sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, transportation, or related industries
- Familiarity with import/export laws, trade compliance, and tariffs
- Established relationships with clients, shippers, carriers, customs brokers, and other key stakeholders in the international logistics industry
- Understanding of the global shipping market, including trends, competitive landscape, and customer demands
Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Able to travel as needed.
