What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admin Assistant/Receptionist position at Classic Soft Trim?
We are currently looking for an Entry level Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This is a full-time position (Monday-Friday). The right candidate will have experience with customer service and have great communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Answer & screen all incoming telephone calls & ensure proper office coverage
- Schedule jobs according to daily schedule
- Receiving and placing calls to customers
- Maintain an organized work environment
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication & phone skills
- Highly motivated team player and willingness to learn
- Ability to multi-task &effectively manage time
- Solid work ethic, dependability & punctuality
- QuickBooks knowledge is not required but a bonus
Willing to train the right candidate.
This is an in office job
