Key Responsibilities
- Present and sell finance & insurance products to customers.
- Maximize gross profits on every deal through effective sales strategies.
- Review and complete customer credit applications.
- Use the Menu Selling Process to streamline presentations.
- Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Maintain exceptional Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
- Foster strong communication with sales and finance teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of automotive dealership F&I experience.
- Proven success in generating high customer satisfaction and financial results.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass background checks and pre-employment screenings.
