Jr. Financial Analyst

Position Overview:

Clayton Kendall, LLC, a premier provider of customized, integrated marketing supply chain solutions for franchise communities and multi-location businesses, is seeking a Jr. Financial Analyst with a strong eye for detail to join our finance team. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting the company by analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and making recommendations to support Clayton Kendall’s financial planning and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decision-making.

· Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

· Assist with the development of financial models and provide data-driven insights to improve profitability and efficiency.

· Collaborate cross-functionally to gather and analyze data.

· Support the finance team with ad-hoc analysis, presentations, and special projects as required.

Skill Sets:

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, analytics, or related field.

· At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role.

· Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

· Public Accounting experience preferred but not required.

· Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.

· Experience with modeling, forecasting, and financial reporting required.
