Job Summary

Specific Duties and

Responsibilities:

Job Title must:

1. Help coordinate and organize community outreach and academic events (both on and off campus.

2. Work with Supervisor with filing, copying and faxing documents as needed.

3. Work collaboratively with various teams (both student and faculty) to manage projects and produce documents

4. Monitor front desk with helping answer telephones and helping faculty, staff and students with questions.

5. Maintain copying machines in front office as well as student lobby to make sure it has paper on a daily basis.

Required Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Job Title must:

1. Strong communication skills, both written and oral

2. Any major, preferably a 2nd semester sophomore or above

3. Professional demeanor and be well organized

4. On-demand access to a laptop with ability to install CSU software

5. Experience using Microsoft Office

6. Ability to effectively multitask
