General Manager

Clean Eatz in Mooresville, NC is looking for one GENERAL MANAGER to join our Mooresville NC location. Pay is salary based starting at $45k .

Responsibilities

*Oversee daily business operations

*Oversee Production of Grab N Go merchandise, ordering, and inventory.

*Training of new employees and employee evaluations/expectations.

*Strong kitchen knowledge, local health department standards, and servsafe.

*Weekly Vendor Ordering and inventory

*Weekly scheduling of employees

*Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed

*Manage profit and loss figures

*Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.

Requirements

*5 years minimum experience in a leadership position and customer service experience, with excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask in a quick and efficient manner without affecting the customer's experience

*Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers

*Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture

*Open availability including evenings (no later than 7:30PM) and weekends

* A passion for health, wellness and to help others on their lifestyle journey in leading by example

* Common knowledge of macronutrients, popular diets, and common allergens.

*Easy navigation through POS technology, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Drive.

*Serve-safe certification required

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $25.00 - $30.00/hour.
