Director of Operations
Job description: Manage day-to-day operations of facility. Work alongside managers, supervisors, and staff to complete daily tasks when needed. Supervise all facility staff and maintain efficient operations. Ensure production goals are met or exceeded and facility downtime is kept to a minimum due as it relates to staffing, equipment maintenance and product shortages. Oversee quality control processes and safety protocols. Identify areas of potential improvement and process optimization. Provide guidance and support to facility managers and supervisors.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management or related field preferred
• 5 years manufacturing facility experience
• 5 years management experience
• 5 years operational experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations including OSHA
• Problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Must have or be willing to obtain a COVID vaccination
