Distribution Manager-Hospital
Job description: Coach and lead hospital linen department workforce during daily operations within the facility. Act as a liaison between company and hospital staff. Communicate daily with hospital staff to ensure needs are met and concerns are addressed. Set work assignments for employees. Complete coaching and training of staff as required. Develop ownership of the program within hospital facility and build open communication between company and hospital staff. Drive operational improvements as needed. Meet and exceed customer service expectations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Healthcare experience preferred
• 2 years supervisory experience required
• Organizational and planning skills
• Leadership skills
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
• Must have or be willing to obtain COVID vaccination
