What You’ll Do
As an Administrative & Contracts Coordinator, you will play a key role in contract administration, compliance, and operational support to ensure smooth project execution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Projects & Contracts Administration
- Complete and manage Global Import Templates for project tracking.
- Assign and maintain Sage cost codes for project financial tracking.
- Process Sage change orders, ensuring accurate documentation and approval tracking.
- Manage T-Sheets administration (cost codes, classes, projects).
- Draft and format contracts, ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Coordinate with legal counsel on contract negotiations and reviews.
- Prepare and distribute Preliminary Lien Notices and Final Lien Waivers as required.
