Job Summary: The Project Manager will help improve processes across broad categories of work in our Urgent Care organization, with focus in the development and perpetuation of existing and new center operations in accordance with the organization’s accreditation, regulations and mission and values. They will collaborate with strategic partners to improve the efficiency and quality of the delivery of urgent care services.

Duties and Responsibilities: Project Manager tasks include but are not limited to:

• Provide operational expertise and strategic input for existing and new centers
• Analytically extract information for clinical operations
• Fluid in culminating reports on business analytics and strategies
• Coordination of de novo team and existing teams
• Review outcomes/actions related to procedural deviations; the primary purpose of the review is to help identify trends across the sites
• Provide guidance to strategic partners to ensure center issues are addressed and resolved
• Approval of essential monitoring documents/plans, periodic review of outputs and actions related to monitoring
• Review and endorsement of relevant improvements/new initiatives
• Work with cross functional team member to access and assemble information

Education & Experience:

• Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role
• Must have experience in managing projects; healthcare experience preferred
• Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
• PMP certification preferred

Supervisory Responsibility:None.

Work Environment: Hybrid role which may from time to time require the Project Manage to be in a medical office or Urgent care setting and includes possible exposure to communicable diseases, toxic substances, medical preparations, and other conditions common to a clinic environment.

Physical Demands: Requires full range of body motion including manual and finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Requires standing and walking for extensive periods of time. Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 50 pounds. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range. Requires working under stressful conditions or working irregular hours. Requires some exposure to communicable diseases or body fluids.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:This is a full-time salary exempt position, with the expectation of working at minimum forty (40) hours per week. This position is a hybrid position with remote and in-office (2 days minimal) flex.

Travel:Less than 10%; Travel to headquarters (Concord, NH) or urgent care centers (New England Region)
