Identifies and analyzes problems, plans, tasks, and solutions. Monitors team budget and resource allocations to ensure proper use of assets; achieving profitability, productivity, and growth targets. Reports to management and program(s) on team accomplishments, achievements, and productivity. Develops long-range financial and nonfinancial objectives and strategic plans identifying internal and external issues that could affect growth and profitability. Understands customer and program requirements. Provides internal and external presentations on program offerings and savings acquisition initiatives. Analyzes local market data to inform program forecasts. Key Responsibilities: Supervise Residential Energy Auditors, Commercial Energy Auditors, Energy Technicians, Energy Crew Leads and Field Representatives. Develop training manuals and train staff based upon reviewing quality of work. Provide input and status updates to program staff. Oversee budget. Coordinates with training on certifications for employees based upon program guidelines. Travel throughout a defined territory. Act as local on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers. Education and Experience: 5-8 years relevant industry experience or technical certification/training required. High School Graduate or equivalent. Must be BPI certified.
