Clemson Downs is seeking an experienced Resident Care Coordinator in our 20-apartment Assisted Living building.
This position is responsible for overseeing the quality delivery of resident services and supervising the Assisted Living staff. The coordinator is also responsible for ensuring that Clemson Downs assisted living residents receive quality care, which emphasize service, compassion and dedication to each resident’s individual needs.
This position requires on-call availability.
Qualifications / Skills Needed:
- The candidate must be a licensed practical nurse in the state of South Carolina and be in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
- Assisted Living experience and regulation knowledge required
- Management experience strongly preferred
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Must have the skills to assess potential resident’s needs for placement purposes.
