Managing Director - Premium Finance
As part of Risk Services, Aon Premium Finance is a strategic advisor to account teams and clients. As the Managing Director, you must have a demonstrated history of working in premium finance in the insurance industry and leading teams to provide the most competitive terms available for our clients. The position is a part of our smart working policy with the flexibility to work virtually and from one of our offices in Chicago or New York.

What the day will look like
- Lead and be accountable for the national delivery of premium finance solutions by developing and deploying activities to generate volume and revenues.
- Partner with vendors to improve processes and evaluate next-gen capabilities enabling new levels of efficiency and client experience.

Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $155k - $200k annually. The actual salary will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant's geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
