About The Role
We are seeking a highly qualified Lead Infant Teacher to join our Arbor Park team. As a Lead Infant Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for infants while promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development. You will work closely with parents and other staff members to ensure that each child receives individualized care and attention. Your ultimate goal will be to create a positive and engaging learning experience for our youngest students.
Minimum Qualifications
As a Lead Infant Teacher, you will utilize your skills in early childhood education, communication, collaboration, organization, and creativity on a daily basis. You will create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote infants' physical, emotional, and cognitive development. You will communicate regularly with parents and other staff members to ensure that each child receives individualized care and attention. You will collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and engaging learning experience for all students. Your creativity and organizational skills will be essential in creating a safe and nurturing environment for infants.
Monday-Friday 6am-3pm
Compensation details: 17-18 Hourly Wage

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and 1 years experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare center or comparable setting
- CPL III or Child Development Associate Certificate upon hire
- Ability to pass BCI/FBI and ODJFS Background Check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members and parents
- Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field with 1 years experience
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities for infants
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for infants
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and needs
- Maintain accurate records of each child's development and progress
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a positive and engaging learning experience for all students
