Location: Jersey City, NJ (Remote is fine but min 3-4 days travel per month is required)

AWS Stack and Python experience is mandatory.
Job Description
1. Requirement Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for AI integration.
2. Solution Design: Architect end-to-end AI solutions, considering factors like data availability, computational resources, and scalability.
3. Algorithm Selection: Evaluate various AI algorithms and techniques to choose the most suitable ones for specific use cases, balancing performance and efficiency.
4. Model Development: Lead the development of machine learning models, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
5. Infrastructure Planning: Collaborate with IT teams to design infrastructure requirements for AI systems, including cloud platforms, data storage, and computational resources.
6. Performance Optimization: Optimize AI models and algorithms for efficiency, scalability, and real-time performance.
7. Integration: Integrate AI solutions with existing software systems and workflows, ensuring seamless operation and minimal disruption.
8. Documentation: Create architecture and support team in reviewing the technical specifications and other documents.
9. Team Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
10. Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI technologies, tools, and methodologies, and incorporate them into the design and development process.
11. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or Java with experience in libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
12. Familiarity with AWS and associated services for AI deployment.
