Job Description:
The SailPoint IAM Operations Lead will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Customer's Identity and Access Management (IAM) ecosystem, with a primary focus on SailPoint technologies. This role requires a strategic approach to identity governance, access management, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
1. SailPoint Platform Management
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the SailPoint IDN platform
- Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and best practices
- Oversee implementation of identity lifecycle management processes
- Manage and optimize access certification campaigns
2. Technical Operations
- Configure and maintain SailPoint IDN and related integration tools
- Develop and maintain complex integration workflows between SailPoint and enterprise applications
- Troubleshoot complex identity and access management issues
- Implement and maintain identity governance controls
3. Identity Governance
- Design and implement robust identity governance frameworks
- Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular access reviews and entitlement management
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for access-related vulnerabilities
4. Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead a team of IAM engineers and administrators
- Mentor junior team members on IAM best practices
- Collaborate with security, IT, and business stakeholders
- Provide status updates and strategic recommendations to senior management
5. Continuous Improvement
- Stay current with emerging IAM technologies and best practices
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Conduct regular performance tuning and system health checks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- 7 years of experience in IAM, with 4 years of specific SailPoint IDN experience
- Advanced knowledge of identity management principles and technologies
- Strong understanding of enterprise security frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities

- Good proficiency in excel
