The RN Manager ICU with report to the Director of Critical Care with responsibilities that include providing clinical leadership and management on a 24 hour basis, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient care, developing productive relationships across disciplines to achieve shared goals, conducting interviews, assisting with onboarding of new employees, participating in utilizing data to make strategic recommendations regarding operational and capital budgets to senior leadership, monitoring expenses and making adjustments accordingly, coordinating activities to promote service and interdisciplinary teamwork, designing and implementing programs to ensure compliance with accreditation standards and policies, and serving as a role model that demonstrates effective communication and knowledge to support staff and leadership. Individuals earning quick interviews will be licensed in the state of New York and have leadership experience.
