Clinical Solutions Pharmacy was founded in Tennessee in 2004. Every week CSP ships out 200,000 plus prescriptions to over 400 facilities across 27 states. CSP is the only 100% female owned and founded closed-door pharmacy in the United States serving the correctional population.

Clinical Solutions Pharmacy in Wichita opened in Fall 2023 and ships out 15,000 plus prescriptions a day. The pharmacy operation for production has specifically been the daily method, utilizing the Unit Dose packager machines. Beginning Fall 2024, the pharmacy is expanding their production and launching additional departments including specials, bulk, LCA, and prepack.

Clinical Solutions offers the ability to work in a unique pharmacy setting and have a schedule that is conducive to work-life balance. In this setting, technicians work closely with pharmacists to provide excellent customer service via phone. Our desired candidate would be an excellent multitasker with the ability to enter orders in addition to communicating with our clients.

Open Position: Part-Time Pharmacist.

Pharmacy Hours: Monday through Friday - 4 hours per day. Flexible hours but must work either the opening shift (8am-Noon) or closing shift (2-6pm).

Compensation: Clinical Solutions Pharmacy offers competitive compensation.

Location: 4615 N Cypress Street, Suite 150, Wichita, Kansas 67226.

Duties include:

· Assists in the daily activities of the pharmacy, including the development, oversight, and monitoring of services, in support of policies, goals, and objectives established by the Pharmacist in Charge.

· Support an environment that promotes optimal efficiencies, staff retention, and superior quality of business office employees.

· Review orders for accuracy and clinical appropriateness.

· Verify all prepared DURs are accurate and communicate recommendations to clients in a timely manner.

· Complete quality assurance checks on all orders filled by fulfillment staff prior to dispensing and releasing the orders to shipping.

· Communicates well and maintains positive client relationships and answers any pharmacist related calls and/or questions.

· Other special projects and duties as assigned by Pharmacist in Charge.

Minimum Qualifications:

· License to practice pharmacy in the state of Kansas is required. Must also be willing to obtain licensure for multiple states, as needed.

· Ability to think critically and perform tasks efficiently with accuracy.

· Strong attention to detail, ability to organize and prioritize to maintain productivity.

· Possess the ability and initiative to plan for and complete daily activities with minimal direction.

· Must be able to pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screening process.

· Excellent communication and leadership skills.

· Keeps abreast of current state, federal and company policies, procedures, and regulations.

· Advise pharmacy staff on changes to any known regulatory changes/updates.

· Proficient in the area of clinical interpretation: drug-drug, drug-disease, drug-food interactions, and allergies

· Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Physical Demands:
