Job Overview
Follow regulatory standards for inpatient and outpatient programs at the state and federal levels. Assist in maintaining policies to support regulatory compliance. Ensure patient care standards reflect best practices. Uphold organizational values and service to the recovery community.
Duties
- Manage caseloads and maintain records.
- Conduct weekly individual and group counseling sessions.
- Perform assessments and intake as needed.
- Assist in developing culturally diverse treatment plans.
- Support weekly utilization reviews and monthly workshops.
- Process incident reports and assist with case conferences.
- Conduct urine testing and support the discharge process.
- Record patient data and monitor toxicology tests.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Complete treatment planning and psychosocial assessments.
- Ensure patients receive referrals and discharge information.
- Maintain patient confidentiality.
- Assist with utilization reviews and ensure clinical documentation is reviewed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with six years of related experience, or an Associate degree with three years of related experience.
- Valid CASAC certification.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.99 - $34.01 per hour
