The Operations Representative is primarily responsible for reviewing all maintenance and forms completed by Retail and Operations employees, providing internal and external customer support for all areas of Deposit Operations and Electronic Banking; and the document imaging process to convert many of the bank’s critical documents and forms into electronic format for retention and research purposes.
• Verify file maintenance performed on the core operating system and system reports. Track missing documents and ensure that errors are resolved to meet compliance and audit requirements.
• Perform document imaging tasks to comply with federal and state record retention requirements, and for research and storage purposes; ensure scanned images meet quality control standards and are indexed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Print various customer notices and checks, such as CD maturity notices, status change notices, overdraft notices, safe deposit box bills, IRA and club distribution checks; mail to appropriate customers in a timely manner.
• Process returned mail by researching account information, maintaining alerts for incorrect addresses and processing returned mail fee transactions.
