We are looking for a Business Development Associate to oversee the implementation of business objectives among the company’s sales, marketing, and business development professionals, for our Naples Showroom. This position calls for innovation with the desire to elevate both personally and professionally, to continuously expand the Clive Daniel Home brand. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with top tier realtors promoting the many ways Clive Daniel can help them sell their listings.
- Meeting, presenting and contracting with investor groups, developers and builders to present Clive Daniel Home as their premier choice for interior resources, models and overall partnership helping to expedite the sale of their project.
- Overseeing administrative functions including proposal and contract development
- Partner with the Senior Business Development Pro and other Business Development specialists to serve the community and grow market share.
- Represent Clive Daniel Home at local events professionally and exhibit the culture and style of our organization.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely
- Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements, such as using software programs and machines
- Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
- Be proactive, organized and handle work under stressful and uncertain environments
- Having established connections with Realtors, builders, and developers is a plus
Education and Experience:
- Business development: 1 year (Required)
- Sales: 1 year (Required)
