Position Overview: We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, part-time Customer Service/Office Representative to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth, professional, and positive customer experience. If you have a passion for client satisfaction and strong organizational skills, we’d love to hear from you!
Days/Hours: M, W, F (and Rotating Saturday’s) from 8am-5pm in our Office in South Salt Lake, Utah.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage and coordinate designers' appointment schedules.
- Greet and assist visitors with enthusiasm and attention to detail.
- Provide administrative support to the office staff, sales team, and production/installation departments.
- Perform general office duties and work efficiently with computer systems.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
