REQUIRED SKILLS
- We need someone who is extremely strong and has a good communication skills .
- They need to be able to provide direction and guidance to the team and deliver clear reports and suggestions to the Director and Business Stakeholders.
- 10 yrs total, exp.5 years of program experience minimum
- 5 years in the Project Management, Scrum experience.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or other relevant Agile certifications are highly preferred.
- Proven hands-on Agile experience, with a track record of navigating failures and problem-solving within the Agile space.
- Proficiency in managing 3-5 Scrum Masters, demonstrating effective leadership and mentorship.
