Clutch is looking for a Director of Amazon Growth for a client of ours.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for Amazon operations aligned with company goals.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and optimize for efficiency and customer experience.
- Drive revenue growth through pricing optimization, product expansion, and digital marketing.
- Manage the P&L for the Amazon channel.
- Analyze data and identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions for maximum visibility and sales.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Establish performance metrics and KPIs.
- Regularly review and adjust strategies.
- Report on Amazon channel performance to senior leadership.
- Align Amazon strategy with broader ecommerce and company objectives.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and Amazon representatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role managing Amazon sales channels with at least $10 million in revenue.
- Strong leadership skills and proven track record of driving growth and profitability.
- Deep expertise in Amazon platform management.
- Proficiency in e-commerce and data analytics tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Customer-centric mindset.
- Action-oriented approach with a focus on testing and learning.
