We are looking seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager, part-time position to lead our marketing initiatives and drive sales growth. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Negotiate prices, terms and prepare sales agreements.
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships.
- Oversee the creation of engaging content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.
- Manage advertising sales efforts, identifying new opportunities for revenue generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Utilize digital marketing tools to track campaign performance and optimize results.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance metrics to the management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in sales and marketing management, 5 plus years with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Proficiency in SEO, digital marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with HTML is a plus for managing website content effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong understanding of AEC industry (Architecture, Engineering and Construction)
May require occasional travel for client meetings, trade shows, and conferences.
