What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time Certified Athletic Trainer position at CNOS, PC?
CNOS in Sioux City has an immediate opening for a full-time Certified Athletic Trainer at NAIA level. Responsibilities include coordinating and delivering athletic training services to the student-athletes, including but not limited to: evaluation and treatment of injuries at practices and games, design and supervision of rehabilitation programs, administration of athletic training operations as assigned, working with team doctors, and community outreach as assigned. Requires no travel and some work over holidays and weekends.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Candidate must be nationally certified and in good standing with the Board of Certification (BOC).
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification required.
- Licensed or eligible for licensing in the state of Iowa required.
- Candidate must possess strong organizational skills, effective communication skills, and ability to work independently.
- College athletics experience preferred but not required.
