Primary Purpose: The Coordinator, Omni Operations / Supplies & Packaging, will support the supply / packaging needs for Coach North America Retail and Outlet stores as well as Coach International (Travel Retail & Americas region). This position will also focus on back of house organization / optimization including the management of off-site storage locations & the off-site vehicle program.


The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Store Operations to…

  • Act as the primary contact for Bunzl for day-to-day supply and packaging management.
  • Partner in the weekly review process of Bunzl inventory levels, take action when inventory is getting low to ensure time is available for updates (if necessary) and reordering.
  • Assist in the review of weekly Bunzl invoices, auditing select stores to ensure that ordering matches what was invoiced and delivered. Conduct month-end budget reconciliation, identify any unusual activity that may require follow-up.
  • Support the execution of the BuyingHub processes for any vendors we engage as it relates to supplies / packaging and store employee parking.
  • Monitor monthly store level supply ordering and identify any unusual activity that may require follow-up.
  • Complete monthly review of the Bunzl website to ensure all items are available as expected, by channel and frequency. Ensure accuracy and consistency in item descriptions and items caps.
  • Assist with special order requests for new store openings, renovations, relocations and closings.
  • Act as liaison between Bunzl and our Coach International (CI) distributor partners. Support the CI distributors with additional processes specific to this business.
  • Manage inbound communication from the stores and Multi-Managers via the Retail Supplies inbox by fielding questions and partnering with Bunzl to bring any questions / issues to resolution.
  • Partner with Customer Experience and Coach Services team on monogramming and Coach Create strategy and execution. Review open monogramming work orders in Maintenance Online and coordinate with vendors to ensure store monogram machines are maintained and operational.
  • Partner with the Coachtopia team on packaging / supply strategy and execution as this business launches / grows.
  • Assist with the management of the Wardrobing Allowance program, including communication, updates to the application, ordering execution with the Allocation team and employee level taxation with the Payroll team.
  • Manage the reconciliation and audit process for the Wardrobing Allowance program and store incentive programs.
  • Manage the off-site process in partnership with Leasing and Field Leadership. This includes the off-site vehicle process, where applicable.
  • Develop, update and maintain back of house organization guidelines. Focus on optimization of on-site space in order to eliminate / maximize effectiveness of off-sites.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of all policy and procedure. Stay current with changes to the business that could necessitate process / policy updates. Develop and define requirements for the changes necessary to support the business.
  • Partner in developing communication needed for stores, including distribution of seasonal packaging, drop shipments and changes to items / ordering process.
  • Monitor email periodically after hours (nights / weekends) to react to any urgent or time sensitive issues from stores and MMs.
  • Support Store Operations initiatives / projects on an as needed basis.
