Administrative Assistants are responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to all levels of management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting clients, logging information, preparing correspondence, typing, data entry and other administrative functions. Responsibilities:
- Invoiceing on customers accounts
- Ensure that office events properly documented.
- Provide administrative support to senior managers.
- Schedule appoinments, handle phone calls and voicemail messages.
- Sending invoices
- Sending gift cards
- Track relevant information on spreadsheets or manage databases and ensure that data is up to date.
- Handle administrative issues
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
