What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Data Entry position at Coastal Properties Group?
Top real estate brokerage looking for assistance in contract & listing compliance group with uploading and data entry of real estate contracts. This position would be in person in our Dunedin office but with flexibility of working from home in the future. Schedule would be Monday and Tuesday – possible additional days/hours if we are busy and if the candidate is interested in working more hours.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Review and upload contracts and listings into our internal compliance system.
Must Be Professional, Organized, Detail Oriented, Efficient, Computer Literate (Microsoft Office, Google etc.) including Microsoft Excel.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Real estate license is helpful
