Account Manager Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Account Manager to join our team! You will maintain and nurture long-term relationships with our clients and physicians, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities to provide additional value. Additionally, you will support our staffing goals by coordinating healthcare providers and preparing hospital schedules. The ideal candidate will be confident, persuasive, and unafraid of challenging conversations.
Account Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as their main point of contact.
- Problem Solving: Address client concerns promptly and effectively to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to communicate and meet client requirements.
- Provider Coordination: Obtain clinicians' availability and match providers with hospital standards and qualifications.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on account status, activities, and opportunities.
Account Manager Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is helpful.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be very deadline and detail oriented
- Strong problem-solving abilities with proactive initiative.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Tools: Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Pro and CRM software.
- Attributes: Confident, persuasive, self-starter, and highly motivated.
- Professionalism: Exhibits a professional demeanor and strategic thinking.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, with ongoing phone and email communication.
